General Update
I've been lax about updating this site. Have not tracked food or exercised, put on weight, and I always feel ashamed when that happens. Like I need to hide and stop engaging.
FF helps bring me back. So enjoy this storm of FFIX posts! God, this game is so great. :D

I said I wouldn't do the long-term project thing anymore. The big countdown.
Fuck it.
I've felt untethered of late. Blown up. It's time to refocus.
Maybe this time will be different. I'm on antidepressants for the first time, and that may help. I hope to combine the best elements of my two years on this site:
My goal weight is 190.0 lbs. I'm starting out at 260 lbs (260.6, but close enough). I'm exhausted of feeling this way, and stagnant. I don't want my life to stay in this rut. I don't want to drag myself down anymore. It's exhausting, and I'm tired, and I'm done.
One year. 365 days. 5.5-6 lbs per month. For the first week, 2,600 calories per day and three workouts (walk, bike, or basketball).
Let's try again.

I knew it. I feel fat, I have trouble fitting into clothes, trouble breathing, trouble moving.

Monday in progress. I've gained weight of late, but I think I'm in a good space to start going the other way. There are a lot of actions tracked here that can help.
I'll think of it a bit like weight-lifting. Do what I'm comfortable with - plus a little bit that is past my standard. Build up a tolerance. Then increase a bit more.
I've done what I'm comfortable with the last week or so. About 2-3 points total. Let's try pushing to the 5-6 point range per day.
