Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 10/17/14



A few good decisions today.  Not epic thing, just small but conscious choices that helped me push forward on my quests.

1) Ate a smaller microwaved lunch rather than going out for a (more expensive) Chipotle or Chinese buffet or something. 
2) Good work-out.
3) Ate an apple.

Huzzah!





 Food Log

8:45am: Half turkey wrap. (200 cal)

9:15am: Mini candy. (40 cal)

11:15am: Microwave rigatoni with vodka sauce.  Small piece of bread. (310 cal)

2:00pm: Mixed candy. (160 cal)

3:30pm: Two small pieces of bread. (50 cal)

5:00pm: Cup of clam chowder.  Two pieces of fish fry with tartar sauce.  Mashed potatoes.  Diet Coke. (1,400 cal)

7:30pm: Red Delicious apple. (70 cal)

Water through day: 1 liter

Total: 2,230 calories

Quest Progress

-Logged calories below 2,700 and didn't drink liquid calories for "Nutrition: Level Up to Nerd Fitness Diet Level Two."

-Went for a 15+ minute walk for "Fitness: Walk for 10 Minutes This Week" and to start week two of "Become a Mover: Level Two."

-Completed a modified recruit workout, with warm-up and cool-down.

-Did a 30 second plank for "Plank Practice - Intermediate."

-Ate an apple to start week three of "Become a Fruit Eater: Level Two."

-Drank 1 liter of water to start the last week of "Become a Water Drinker: Level Two."
