Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 10/24/14

Trying the new format today, of filling stuff in as I go rather than at the end of the day.

Food Log

10:00am: Everything bagel with cream cheese. (440 cal)

11:15am: Microwave balsamic chicken meal.  Four crackers.  M&Ms. Can of caffeine-free diet Coke. (520 cal)

2:15pm: Three crackers. (60 cal)

5:15pm: 3 pieces of fried Alaskan cod with tartar sauce.  Cup of New England clam chowder.  Mashed potatoes.  (~1,600 cal)

Water through day: 1 liter

Quest Progress

-Logged fewer than 2,700 calories and minimized liquid calories to start "Nutrition: Level Up to Nerd Fitness Diet Level Two."

-Drank one liter of water for week four of "Become a Water Drinker: Level Two."

-Went for an 11 minute walk for "Fitness: Walk for 11 Minutes This Week."

-Drank water and caffeine-free soda in lieu of caffeinated drinks for week two of "Nutrition: The Caffeine Challenge, Level One, Part Two."
