Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 10/7/14

Sort of tough day.  Just felt hungry throughout, and I'm pretty proud that I still stayed under my calorie limit.  Takeaways: pick less at the Halloween basket in the office, and remember that real food fills me up more than junk food.


 

Food Log

8:30am: Bagel things with cream cheese.  Mini Snickers. (250 cal)

9:15am: Chocolate croissant. (320 cal)

11:15am: Chipotle burrito bowl with 1/2 steak and 1/2 chicken, 1/2 order of brown rice, cheese, guacamole, tomato, pepper, onion.  Can of caffeine-free diet Coke. (920 cal)

12:00pm: Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)

2:00pm: Chocolate croissant. (320 cal)

4:30pm: Mini candy. (200 cal)

6:00pm: Microwave meal with chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, and a brownie. (480 cal)

8:00pm: Frozen cherries. (100 cal)

Water throughout day: 1 liter.

Total: 2,770 calories

Quest Progress

-Logged calories below 2,900 for "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Quest Log."  One more day in week four.

-Went for a 9+ minute walk for "Fitness: Walk for 9 Minutes This Week."

-Ate cherries to complete week one of "Become a Fruit Eater: Level Two."
