Breakfast: Sesame bagel with cream cheese. (440 cal)
Lunch: Sandwich with sourdough bread, tomato, cheddar, roast beef. Hot chocolate. (670 cal)
Afternoon Snack: Mixed nuts and frozen fruit. (390 cal)
Dinner: Rotini with marinara sauce and canned salmon. Strawberry frozen yogurt with chocolate sauce. (970 cal)
Total: 2,470 calories
Available for Flex: 230 calories
