Nerd Fitness Academy - 11/22/14 Log

Really happy with how planning out the next day's food has gone these first couple of days.  It helps alleviate a lot of the doubt, internal bargaining, and energy that goes into my day. 




Food

8:15am: Omelet with American cheese, tomato, green pepper.  Half order of hash browns.  Bottled frappuccino. (950 cal)

11:45am: Can of tomato rice soup. Sandwich with sourdough bread, tomato, cheddar, roast beef. (820 cal)

3:00pm: Wheat thins and cheddar. (300 cal)

6:45pm: Rotini with marinara sauce and canned salmon. Frozen fruit cup. (480 cal)

Total: 2,550 calories

Food Plan for Tomorrow

Breakfast: Two scrambled eggs with Spam slice (God bless Minnesota) and a slice of sourdough bread. (500 cal)

Lunch: Chipotle burrito bowl with half order of rice, green pepper, onion, steak, tomato, cheese, guacamole. Bottled mocha frappuccino. (1080 cal)

Snack: Mixed nuts.  Iced chai tea latte. (360 cal)

Dinner: Two chicken breasts with marinara sauce, white rice, and green beans. (520 cal)

Total: 2,460 calories
Available for flex: 240 calories
