Fitness - Day 17: Nutrition Level 2 Behind Me

Progress to Nutrition Level 3: Spend one week minimizing liquid calories.

I did it!  Made it to Nutrition Level 3.  Tomorrow, I'll start to look at what that entails.  (I don't remember offhand, and have been trying to not look ahead.) 




Breakfast, 7:30am: Strawberries and cream oatmeal with whole milk, slice of toast with butter. - DONE

Lunch, 11:00am: Sandwich with white bread, tomato, chicken, and mayonnaise.  Corn chips.  Banana.  Two Hershey's nuggets. - DONE

Snack, 2:30pm: Cheez-its. - DONE

Snack, 5:00pm: Hot Pocket. - DONE

Dinner, 7:00pm: Two 4oz. chuck tender steaks with mashed potatoes.  Ice cream. - DONE
