Fitness - Day 36: The Lost Woods, First Evening

 Breakfast and dinner today at home.





Breakfast, 7:00am: Smoothie with frozen fruit, cup of whole milk, peanut butter.

Dinner, 6:30pm: Roast chicken breast, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables.
