Fitness Stuff - May 19, 2015

Morning weight: 266.8 lbs


Diet

Morning: Half bagel with cream cheese.  Some chips.

Midday: Burrito with white rice, chicken, tomato, cheese, guacamole.

Later had a small hot chocolate with skim milk.

Evening: I regret this part.  I got a large order of chicken tenders with fries, and had about 1/3 pint of ice cream. 

It's been a while since I cooked at home. The reason is simple but overwhelming: my kitchen is gross again.  The sink is full of dirty dishes.  It's almost 11:26pm as I write this, and I'm tired, but I'll prioritize starting to clear this tomorrow.

Exercise

Walked about a mile at lunch, but haven't gone on more significant walks recently.  I miss them.  I'll try tomorrow.
