Diet

  • Fried egg, two slices of Spam, orange juice. (550 cal)
  • Open-faced tuna sandwich with chips. (700 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Microwave meal with Goldfish and mint ice cream.  Plum. (870 cal)
