Coldrun Fitness - Day 15

Had a minor binge today.  It resulted from not drinking enough water (soda dehydrates me and I drank a lot), and from falling behind on general life organization, home cleanliness.  I'll try to organize myself tomorrow.

Diet

  • Three egg omelet with tomato, green pepper, American cheese.  A biscuit. (750 cal)
  • Iced skim caramel macchiato. (140 cal)
  • Two sauteed pork chops with garlic powder, soy sauce, butter.  Cup of ice cream. (750 cal)
  • Limited binge on ice cream and crackers.  Didn't track.
Total calories: ??? 2,800+?

Walked 1.56 miles in 31:58.
