Coldrun Fitness - Day 16

Better day today than yesterday.  More organized, drank more water, and felt less driven by hunger.  Tried a new app today called "Errands" which seems like it'll really help me get organized.


Diet

  • Egg and cheese biscuit from Burger King, orange juice. (530 cal)
  • 4oz. burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo.  Fries with garlic mayo. Small mocha frappuccino light. (Dunno?  Let's say 900 cal.  Seems a reasonable guess that errs on the high side.)
  • Snickers and small amount of popcorn. (350 cal) 
  • Mac and cheese microwave meal, and some ice cream. (790 cal)
Total calories: 2,570

Walked 1.77 miles in 35:51.
