- Half "Cajun" at my local diner: some hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled pepper and onion, and chili powder with Hollandaise, with a slice of sourdough toast. (Not sure on calories. I guessed 850 cal last time I had this, so I'll stick with that.)
- Small skim caramel macchiato. (140 cal)
- Banana. (100 cal)
- Two slices of buttered toast and four strips of bacon. Half cup of vanilla frozen yogurt. (600 cal)
- Cheese crackers. (300 cal)
- Microwave crustless chicken pot pie meal. (280 cal)
