Coldrun Fitness - Day 7

Tomorrow's my first weigh-in day since I started.  Curious and excited.  Not nervous.  I feel good that I stuck with my plan of some walking, bodyweights, and most importantly ~2,500 cal max per day.



Diet

  • Three egg omelet with tomato, green pepper, American cheese.  A biscuit. (750 cal)
  • Microwave meal of chicken, pasta, balsamic and tomatoes.  Crackers with pudding cup. (530 cal)
  • Wheat Thins. (330 cal)
  • Orange juice. (150 cal)
  •  Leftover baked chicken breast with salsa, white rice with soy sauce.  Mint chocolate chip ice cream. (700 cal)
Total calories: 2,460

Exercise

Walked 2.08 miles in 42:31. 

Walked 0.99 miles in 20:40.

Two sets of knee push-ups (15 each) and two sets of planking (20 sec each).
