Coldrun Fitness - Day 58

Diet

  • Three scrambled eggs, one slice of buttered wheat toast. (460 cal)
  • Skittles. (250 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with meatballs, marinara, American cheese, black olive, cucumber.  Chips. (770 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (150 cal)
  • Salted nut roll. (240 cal)
  • Pretzel nuggets. (440 cal)
  • Wonton soup and barbecued pork. (??? cal)
Total calories: 2,310 cal + dinner.  Not sure, but the dinner wasn't too big.  Pretzels were the downside.  I stayed up late and ate pretzels late when I otherwise would've been sleeping.
