Coldrun Fitness - Day 70

Content with how I ate and exercised.  Cleared my caloric debt this week by eating 2,100 calories today, averaging 2,400 per day.  Feeling relaxed going into tomorrow's weigh-in.

Diet

  • Three egg omelet with American cheese, tomato, and green pepper.  Biscuit. (750 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Wheat Thins. (260 cal)
  • Microwave chicken pesto meal. (300 cal)
  • Chips with salsa. (120 cal) 
  • Frozen yogurt. (200 cal)
  • Cocoa Krispies with skim milk. (290 cal)
Total calories: 2,100

Exercise

Walked for 1.57 miles in 32:09.
Walked for 1.97 miles in 38:06.
Did two sets of knee push-ups (25 and 27) and planking (30 seconds and 35 seconds).

On one of my walks today, I listened to the latest episode of the "Welcome to Night Vale" podcast.  It featured a new song from an artist I hadn't heard of, David Wirsig.  "Black Eyes:"



It just felt perfect today.  The lyrics are haunting, but the tone is peaceful and fit the crisp autumn "weather."
