  • Half "Cajun" at my local diner: some hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled pepper and onion, and chili powder with Hollandaise, with a half slice of sourdough toast.  (800 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Pretzels. (120 cal) 
  • Dumdum.  They had the lollipops at the barber shop I went to, so I got one. :)  (30 cal) 
  • Two Lean Pockets with frozen yogurt. (740 cal) 
  • Cheese crackers. (200 cal)
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and skim milk. (330 cal)
Total calories: 2,400
