Coldrun Fitness - Day 108

Really great day.  I felt organized and focused, and made it into the evening at only 1,100 calories.  It let me have a big dinner to meet my cap, whereas I usually have to skimp in the evenings because I eat so much for breakfast and lunch.

Woohoo!

Diet

  • Small skim hot chocolate (no whipped cream). (150 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with tuna, American cheese, lettuce, black olive, mayonnaise. Baked Ruffles. (750 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with half steak/half shredded beef, vegetables, mild salsa, cheese, guacamole. (830 cal)
  • Frozen yogurt. (250 cal)
Total calories: 2,160
