Coldrun Fitness - Day 114



Diet

  • 1.5 cups Cocoa Krispies with 2/3 cup skim milk. (300 cal)
  • Pretzels. (240 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with meatballs, marinara sauce, American cheese.  Chips. (640 cal) 
  • Small skim hot chocolate. (150 cal)
  • Snickers. (250 cal)
  • Iced skim chai latte. (150 cal)
  • Dumdum. (30 cal)
  • Two slices of Spam with mashed potatoes. (500 cal)
Total calories: 2,260
