Diet
- 9:00am: Cherry Pop Tarts. (410 cal)
Woke up late today, so just grabbed a vending machine breakfast at work.
- 11:15am: Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, half steak/half barbacoa, tomato salsa, cheese, guacamole. (820 cal)
- 11:45am: 12 oz. skim hot chocolate. (210 cal)
Felt like a good lunch.
- 12:30pm: Twix. (250 cal)
Probably could've done without this. Currently at 1,690 cal, with 810 calories to go today. I'll try to only have a small snack this afternoon, and then for dinner have soup with crackers. Winter here in Minnesota is pretty damn frosty, so a nice bowl of piping hot split pea soup or cream of chicken would sound good.
- 3:45pm: Peanut brittle. (60 cal)
Not much left. Just the last little breaks/pieces.
- 5:00pm: Two Eggo waffles with light maple syrup. (300 cal)
Snack on getting home. 2,050 so far.
Total calories: 2,500- 6:00pm: Bowl of split pea soup with ham. (450 cal)
