Coldrun Fitness - Day 15

Today's goal: continue stage #3.

Diet

  • 7:15am: Two fried eggs on two slices of toast. (290 cal)
Love eating breakfast at home. :)
  • 8:30am: 16 oz. skim hot chocolate. (270 cal)
Also love hot chocolate on a cold morning.  How could anyone not?
  • 11:15am: 6" wheat sub with ham, cheddar, lettuce, cucumber, black olive, mayonnaise.  Chips. (580 cal)
  • 11:45am: 12 oz. caramel frappuccino with chocolate chips, whipped cream. (350 cal)
I didn't really need the frappuccino, but felt like it and had some calories to spare today.  This puts me at 1,490 so far.

  • 1:00pm: Twix. (250 cal)
Feeling unsettled, anxious.  Restless.  Currently at 1,740 cal.  My plan is to hold off eating for the next few hours until I leave work, then have some crackers as a snack and microwave macaroni and cheese about an hour or so later.  

I know this restlessness is a binging trigger.  That doesn't stop it in its tracks, but it helps me be aware of the forces and emotions impacting me.

4:05pm: This afternoon has gone better.  Focused on work, and drank a lot (diet soda and water).
  • 5:15pm: Crackers and microwaved macaroni and cheese. (770 cal)
Good dinner.  Still a bit restless, but ok.
