Coldrun Fitness - Day 10

Heavy binge yesterday.  I was unfocused and restless all day, and in the afternoon just gave up entirely.  Didn't even track what I ate, but wouldn't be surprised if it were around 4,000 calories total for the day.

Really resisting hard the urge to try fasting or something today.  Just try to get back to normalcy, Coldrun.  A bit less today maybe, but don't restart the cycle.  Learn from last time.

Diet

  • Breakfast, 8:15am: 12 oz. skim hot chocolate with whipped cream. (270 cal)
  • Lunch, 11:30am: Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, half chicken/half steak, cheese, tomato salsa, guacamole.  Bottled mocha frappuccino. (1,150 cal) 
  • Afternoon snack, 2:00pm: Croissant. (330 cal)
  • Dinner, 4:45pm: Black bean soup with crackers. (350 cal) 
  • Evening snack, 8:30pm: Cheetohs and Oreos. (750 cal)
Total calories: 2,850

Exercise

Walked about 30 minutes.
