Coldrun Fitness - Day 8

I'm pretty happy with the lost weight this week, but not going wild since I know binges caused last week's weight to be artificially high.  Will try again to stick to around 2,400 cal/day this week.

Diet

  • Breakfast, 8:00am: Special K with skim milk, orange juice. (280 cal)
  • Morning snack, 11:45am: Meatball and cheese Lean Pocket. (280 cal)
  • Lunch, 2:30pm: Cheeseburger with fries. (1,250 cal)
  • Afternoon snack, 5:15pm: Fritos. (150 cal) 
  • Dinner, 7:30pm: Bowl of cream of chicken soup and Oreos. (430 cal)
Total calories: 2,390

Exercise

Messed up my tracking (forgot to turn it off at the end), but walked for just under 40 minutes.
