Coldrun Fitness - Preparation for April 7, 2016

Planning tomorrow's fitness:

Diet
  • 3/4 cup of Cocoa Krispies with 3/4 cup of skim milk. (300 cal)
  • Apple. (100 cal)
  • Peanut butter and jelly on wheat bread, bottled mocha frappuccino, and pretzels. (660 cal)
  • 16 oz. iced skim chai tea latte. (200 cal)
  • Macaroni and cheese.  3/4 cup of rocky road. (900 cal)
Total calories: 2,160

Exercise

Walk 30+ minutes.
Two sets of push-ups and planking.
