Coldrun Fitness - May 10, 2016

An unusual day.  The places I ate, I didn't really know the calories, so just wrote the food itself.  One more day to solidify myself into Nerd Fitness Level 1 with tracking..



Food Log
  • Iced skim chai. (210 cal)
  • Chinese buffet.  Egg drop soup.  Lo mein, fish, General Tso's chicken, vegetables with mushroom/pork.  Dove bar. (~1,400 cal?)
  • Pie slice with ice cream. (?)
  • Buffalo Wild Wings - some boneless chicken, about 6 pieces.  A few fried pickle slices. (?)
  • Iced white mocha. (330 cal)
Total calories: Hard to say.  If I had to guess, I'd guess in the 3,500 range.
