Coldrun Fitness - May 22, 2016

Morning: Trying to eat meals at home today.  Posting as I go.

Evening: Fairly successful day in my opinion!  Felt happy to just get used to eating some meals at home, even if I went out for dinner.  This is a key foundation to build.  If I can start getting used to preparing food at home and eating at home, I'll be in better shape.

Food Log

  • Breakfast: Cooked a three egg omelet with American cheese, and two slices of buttered wheat toast.
  • Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  Cream of chicken soup.
  • Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl.  Smores frappuccino afterwards.

Exercise

Walked for about about 20 minutes, just under a mile.
