Coldrun Fitness - July 21, 2016 [complete]

Two days this week at or below 2,600 calories.  Going to try for one more in the next two days, either tomorrow or Saturday.  The other day I'm just going to try not going on a whole-hog binge.

Food Log
  • Egg and cheese on a biscuit.  Orange juice. (500 cal)
  • Iced skim chai. (150 cal)
  • Cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and sweet potato fries. Java chip frappuccino light. (1,250 cal)
  • Pasta with sauce, sausage, garlic bread. (700 cal)
Total calories: 2,600
