Coldrun Fitness - August 4, 2016

Habit #1: dental care.  Figured I'd start small.  I'm terrible at this basic thing, so have been practicing it this week.  Morning: brush for 2 minutes, mouthwash rinse for 30 seconds.  Evening: same thing, but also with flossing.

In the evening especially, doing this helps lock the day down.  Reduces temptation to eat more.

  • Fritos. (320 cal)
  • Two slices of pizza with chicken. (800 cal)
  • Oreo shake. (740 cal)
  • Bagel with light plain cream cheese and grilled Spam. (640 cal)
Total calories: 2,500
