  • Chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. (430 cal)

Exercise
  • 40 minute Poke-walk.  Evolved a near-1500 CP Vaporeon, woohoo!!  And still has a bunch of room to grow.   Could end up in the 1700-1800 range even.
