Coldrun Fitness - 10/13/16

8:30am - Today's goal is to stay in the 2,400-2,600 cal range, and stay there as calmly as possible.  If I start feeling like I'm struggling hard with it, loosen up.  Track it in this post no matter what.

11:00pm - Didn't exactly meet my 2,600 cal goal, but I tracked it honestly and just barely missed it.  Pretty happy.

Food Log
  • Plain bagel with light cream cheese. (350 cal)
  • Roast beef sandwich. (620 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Chips. (220 cal)
  • Oatmeal raisin cookie. (120 cal)
Mid-afternoon.  Currently at 1,490 cal. Doing okay.  Going to get dinner at Chipotle at night and be done.

  • Mixed candy. (130 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl. (920 cal)
  • Ice cream bar. (140 cal)
Total calories: 2,680
