Coldrun Fitness - 10/25/16 [complete]




Food Log
  • Two slices of toast with jam.  Orange juice. (350 cal) 
A great start to the morning!  I'm trying to eat at home more often, so even something small like this is an encouraging beginning.


  • Buffet lunch.  Mixed pasta and chicken with mixed candy and chocolate strawberries.  No idea how many calories this was, so gonna guess. (1,000 cal)
  • Cupcake. (300 cal) [1,650 so far. ~800 cal to go.]
  • Half hoagie with a brownie. (740 cal) 
  • Strawberry yogurt. (90 cal)

Total calories: 2,530
