FFXIV Endwalker - Part 20: Power Behind the Throne [Unspoiled]

Summary: Radz-at-Han and the wild reveal of the city's political foundations.

-Vrtra is immediately an S-tier leader, given how in-the-background he remains. 

-So I was at least SORT OF right about Varshahn being the Satrap? I mean, he's not the Satrap, but he's the embodiment of the true power in Radz-at-Han. 

-My favorite moment was at 17:52. That shot showing Vrtra and Varshahn as essentially one being and the positioning of their eyes.
