Nerd Fitness Academy - Daily Food and Quest Log, 9/12/14
Food Log
8:30am: English muffin with strawberry preserves. (200 cal)
9:45am: Small skim chai latte. (160 cal)
11:15am: Chipotle burrito with brown rice, steak, tomato, cheese, guacamole. Coke Zero. (1,010 cal)
5:30pm: Fish fry, 3 pieces, with tater tots. Cup of clam chowder. Diet Coke. (Not sure, guessing about 1400 calories?)
6:30pm: M&M Peanuts and heath bar. (460 cal)
Water through day: about 1.2 liters.
Total: 3,230 calories

Quest Progress
-Calorie-based food log, progressing on week #1 of "Nutrition: Growing into Nerd Fitness's Nutrition Level Two" and "Nutrition: Finish Your Food Log."
-Went for a walk of at least five minutes. Only two more days left on "Fitness: Walk to Mordor This Week."
-Started the second week of "Become a Water Drinker: Level One." I think I'm actually going to abbreviate that first level to only three weeks.
