Thanksgiving Break

I'll be away from home for Thanksgiving, so no posts for the next few days.

Starting Final Fantasy VIII next week.  SO PUMPED WOOHOO!!

Good Luck!

The soundtrack is awesome and most of the characters are enjoyable! (I recall Squall being hit or miss with some, but to me he's infinitely more enjoyable than Tidus).

I never really understood the "Limit Break" system (I forget what it's called in FF8 now) or how to get it to activate... I just don't remember it being reliable in a "holy crap we're about to die where's the limit break" scenario.

But anyways! I liked it and I hope you do too! Figured i'd pop in and present some ramblings from one Final Fantasy fan to another!

Thanks! (Though I'll ask that you don't spoil me on character names or mechanics please - I met Squall already since I just started the game, but no idea that Tidus is a character or that limit breaks are a thing in this game, so would rather not hear about it before I get there.)

I haven't played or been spoiled for story, characters, or mechanics in any game beyond FFVII.
