11:15am: Chipotle burrito bowl with 1/2 steak and 1/2 barbacoa, white rice, grilled pepper and onion, cheese, tomato, guacamole. (970 cal)

12:45pm: Reese's cup, M&Ms. (310 cal)

3:15pm: Two Whopper tubes. (60 cal)

4:45pm: Mini Twix piece. (80 cal)

5:00pm: McDonald's southern style chicken sandwich. (400 cal)

7:30pm: Grilled salmon filet with green beans. (220 cal)

10:30pm: Applesauce cup. (100 cal)
