Did my monthly weigh-in today: 261.0 lb. Despite a pretty awful and mindless last couple of weeks, dropped three pounds this month.

9:15am: 12oz iced skim chai tea latte. (150 cal)
1:30pm: Brooklyn-style pizza with pepperoni and green peppers. 10 wings with ranch. Can of caffeine-free diet Coke. (2,270 cal)
Water through day: One liter.
Total: 3,170 calories.
