Nerd Fitness Academy - 12/9/14 Log




Breakfast: Two scrambled eggs, Spam slice, slice of sourdough bread.  Chocolate milk. (690 cal)

Lunch: Microwave meal with slice of sourdough bread. (420 cal)

Snack: Tex-Mex trail mix, frozen fruit.  Cookies. (710 cal)

Dinner: Rigatoni with vodka sauce and spinach sauteed in water, sourdough bread (the small end of the loaf).  Frozen yogurt. (820 cal)

Total: 2,650 calories
