Fitness - Day 10: Level 3, Here We Come

Morning weight: 267.2
Total change: -1.0 lbs



I didn't eat out today at all.  I'm proud of that.

These first ten days have gone pretty well.  Not in the way I expected at first - I thought I'd magically transform and melt away - but incremental progress.  Dropped one pound, and even better, didn't keep increasing weight. Stopped the bleeding.  I set some of the foundation to go forward by eating at home so much, cooking some, preparing meals for work some.

How do I build on this?  By leveling up to nutrition level 3.  The quest to do so requires me to minimize liquid calories for a week.  Let's fucking do it.
