Fitness - Week 1, Day 1: Routine Restart

Last post was getting a bit long, so posting my food and exercise today here. 





Breakfast, 7:45am: Three egg omelet with bacon, American cheese, tomato.  Fruit cup.

Lunch, 12:00pm: Large salad with romaine lettuce, can of tuna, tomato, olive oil.  Pear slices and carrot with almond butter.

Snack, 4:45pm: Sweet potato with butter.

Dinner: 7:00pm: Three pork chops.  Carrots and peas.

Today: 2.69 miles in 53:35.  Around Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis.

20-28 2-10 Road rolls up and down.


Cumulative: 23.9 miles.
