Fitness Stuff - May 9, 2015

Morning weight: 268.6 lbs




Diet

Morning: Three egg omelet with cheddar, tomato, green pepper.  Small side of hash browns. Small iced caramel macchiato.

Midday: Tuna sandwich on sourdough with tomato and mayo.  Tortilla chips.  Half a bottle frappuccino.

Evening: A pork chop sauteed in olive oil and butter.  Side salad of lettuce and carrots with balsamic dressing.



12 oz. light caramel frappuccino.

---

Exercise

Walked three times today:

1) 2.30 miles in 44:03
2) 1.81 miles in 36:03
3) 2.04 miles in 40:49
