Coldrun Fitness - 7/15/15

Finished both my goals today.


Two Daily Goals:

Nutrition: "Cook a bowl of pasta for dinner." 

Near-failure here.  I got a chicken sandwich from Burger King on the way home.  Was about to say "fuck it" and not cook, but cooked a small bowl of pasta later.   I wanted to at least start back into the habit of preparing food.

Exercise: "Walk 20 minutes."

It was hot as hell during the day, so I walked this evening at about 11:00pm.  Still hot, but a bit cooler.
