Diet

  • Two scrambled eggs, two slices of Spam, orange juice. (660 cal)
  • Half bagel with cream cheese. (250 cal)
  • 6" Jimmy John's turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and a chocolate chip cookie. (480 cal)
  • Individual pizza with anchovies and a Dove chocolate bar. (850 cal)
  • Orange juice. (150 cal)
