Diet
- Half "Cajun" at my local diner: some hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled pepper and onion, and chili powder with Hollandaise, with a slice of sourdough toast. (Not sure on calories. I guessed 850 cal last time I had this, so I'll stick with that.)
- Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
- Two slices of Spam, white rice with soy sauce, and sliced pineapple. (720 cal)
- Pasta with tomato sauce. (470 cal)
