Coldrun Fitness - Day 21


Diet

    • Half "Cajun" at my local diner: some hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled pepper and onion, and chili powder with Hollandaise, with a slice of sourdough toast.  (Not sure on calories.  I guessed 850 cal last time I had this, so I'll stick with that.)
    • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
    • Two slices of Spam, white rice with soy sauce, and sliced pineapple. (720 cal)
    • Pasta with tomato sauce. (470 cal)
    Total calories: 2,220

    Exercise

    Walked 1.71 miles in 32:10.

    Two sets of knee push-ups (18 each) and planking (20 seconds and 25 seconds).
