20 pounds down from my starting weight!  Almost 25% towards my goal.

Note: this doesn't mean that I should expect 20 pounds/9 weeks.  It'll likely be slower than that, since the first 20 pounds went off pretty quickly.  And that's ok!  It's not like dropping to about the 185-190 range is my only goal.  Even getting to 255 was a pretty cool goal.  And I'll have joy when I hit 249, and when I can wear 40 inch pants, and and and....

There's constant reinforcement and celebration along the way.  This is one of those times.  Feeling pretty good this morning.

Diet

  • Half "Cajun" at my local diner: some hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled pepper and onion, and chili powder with Hollandaise, with a half slice of sourdough toast.  (850 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Chips. (160 cal)
  • Microwave sesame chicken meal. (280 cal) 
  • Pretzels. (220 cal)
  • Pasta with marinara sauce and a fried egg. Frozen yogurt. (700 cal)
Total calories: 2,390

Exercise

Did two sets of knee push-ups (25 and 22 - less than usual, but I just couldn't do any more) and planking (30 seconds each).
