One more day until weigh-in.  Feeling good.  Nearly cleared my week's caloric debt.

  • Donut segment. (320 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with turkey, cheddar, lettuce, cucumber, black olive, mayonnaise.  Chips. (580 cal)
  • Small skim hot chocolate. (210 cal)
  • Three chicken fingers with sauce. (560 cal)
Total calories: 1,890
