Ate pretty well today.  Cut into caloric debt.

  • 16 oz. skim hot chocolate without whipped cream. (210 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with teriyaki chicken, American cheese, lettuce, black olive, cucumber, and southwest chipotle sauce. Chips. (670 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Cookie and pita with hummus. (270 cal)
  • Half of a skim chai latte. (70 cal)
  • Half ham and cheese sandwich. (240 cal)
  • Two slices of lightly buttered toast with Spam. (490 cal)
