- Walked 2.33 miles in 47:10. Breakfast: Half "Cajun" breakfast at diner. Hashbrowns, a fried egg, peppers, onions, cheddar, hollandaise sauce, and chili powder. Bottled mocha frappuccino. (880 cal)
- Walked 2.74 miles in 57:14. Not quite accurate as I stopped at a bank along the way and forgot to pause the tracker, but close enough.
- Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Bunless hot dog with some ketchup. (580 cal)
- Snack: Vanilla frozen yogurt. (140 cal)
- Snack: Two Eggo waffles. (190 cal)
- Two sets of push-ups (10 each) and planking (27 seconds each).
- Dinner: Macaroni and cheese. Couple of spoons of vanilla frozen yogurt. (740 cal)
