Tracking what I ate these past few days.
Friday- Breakfast: Bagel thin with cream cheese. Chocolate milk.
- Lunch: Chipotle salad with steak/chicken, cheese, guacamole, salsa, dressing.
- Snack #1: Chocolate milk.
- Snack #2: Sliced orange cup.
- Dinner: Chicken sandwich with cheese curds.
- Walk: 30 minutes. Started "Rosemary & Rue" audiobook.

Sunday
- Breakfast: Two slices of lightly buttered wheat toast.
- Lunch: Chipotle salad.
- Snack: Bottled mocha frappuccino.
- Dinner: Salsa chicken with black beans and rice.
- Snack: Couple of handfuls of peanuts.
- Overall feel: At the end of the day, I feel like I ate well and didn't overeat. Good.

- Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese. Fruit juice.
- Snack: Couple of handfuls of peanuts.
- Lunch: Fries with chipotle mayo. Vermicelli salad with pork.
- Dinner: Pizza w/garlic bread.
