[Coldrun Fitness] Level 9: New Year's Eve

Two goals to start the new year.

 


It's been a while since my last level-up. I've felt drained and tired, not happy with myself. Luckily, in this game, there's no de-leveling. (I hate when games do that, like EverQuest or FFXIV's Eureka.)

Some specific goals for the first two months of 2021:

  • Eat three meals and two snacks each day, tracking as I go.
  • Walk three days/week. Shoot for around 30+ minutes.

This list was initially much longer and more specific until I remembered how that method had failed me in the past. This seems like a good foundation. Let's see.
